The functions performed by this type of Committee are carried out by the Board of the Company. The rules concerning the appointment and replacement of Directors are contained in the Company’s Articles of Association. The Nominations Committee evaluate the performance of the Directors and the Chairman. No third party is engaged to carry out an external evaluation of the Board. The evaluation is to ensure that the Directors contribute effectively and have the skills and experience relevant to the leadership and direction of the Company.
