Management Engagement Committee

The functions performed by this type of Committee are carried out by the Board of the Company. The Board reviews the performance of the Investment Manager’s obligations under the Investment Management Agreement and consider whether the terms and conditions of the Investment Management Agreement remain appropriate. It also reviews the performance of the Company Secretary, the Custodian and the Registrar and matters concerning their respective agreements with the Company.
