The Audit Committee comprises the independent Directors. The Committee meets twice during the year, with Andrew Watkins as Chairman. The Audit Committee has direct access to the Group’s Auditors, Hazelwoods LLP, and representatives of Hazelwoods LLP attend the year end Audit Committee meeting.
